It is now already 3 years that we faced the latest developments, by that time, of the car lock industry with our VAG key simulator No 5!
... and of course they have reacted in the meantime!
It became more and more difficult to open the latest models just with our set of 5 pieces, since the laser track of the latest key series dispose of quiet high curve differences which may often only be opened by using a combination of different key simulators and by maintaining the tension.
Therefore we needed a key, which covers all 4 disc contact levels!
Since we could not realize it with traditional electronic key cutting machines (the programs fixed by the producers do not allow such manipulations), we managed to add the curve cuts by using two different computer controlled machines.
The result was our key No 6!
This key covers the levels 1 to 4 in a curve and offers enough free cut for manipulation variations.
Our tests immediately worked out in quick opening successes on cars which seemed to be manipulation resistant up to now. But during our numerous tests we found out that our older laser track key simulators complete the new key, since many cars can be opened faster with keys No 1 to 5.
We recommend degreasing the locks before using all our key simulators, for example with WD40 spray. |

We now supply additionally a special car tension tool (Article 3438).
The advantage of this newly adapted set is the possibility to work even more efficiently thanks to the tension tool and to maintain the tension of the cylinder while exchanging simulators.
With the more sensitive tension, it allows you to work more successfully and gives a significantly longer durability of the different key simulators.
From now on, all our newly produced laser-track simulators have special grooves for the use of the tension tool. We will gladly modify your key simulators of the previous generation that were bought with us for a small fee. |
