| VAGdashCOM is a high-performance program for the amplified speedometer diagnostic for VAG vehicles. In addition to the standard diagnostic functions, you can execute model specific EEprom functions. The speciality of VAGdashCOM is the possibility to execute these EEprom functions via the OBD II diagnostic socket inside the vehicle. Therefore there is no more need to remove and open the speedometer. VAGdashCom is a sophisticated program for the amplified speedometer diagnostic for VAG vehicles. All parameters and values necessary for operating the speedometer are recorded in the so-called EEprom. This includes amongst others: the vehicle identification number, the immobilizer number, the login code, the coding of the programmed keys, characteristics of the indicating instruments, the fault recorder, the speedometer characteristics, as well as the K-value, the remaining kilometre indication, the mileage. You directly notice that a reading/writing access to these data would be a precious support for the daily routing of a workshop. Unfortunately no standard diagnostic tool offers an access to these data via the OBD diagnostic socket. This means for example that a simple change of the speedometer or the motronic represents a hardly solvable problem for the login which is necessary for programming the immobilizer may not be provided. VAGdashCom fills exactly this gap. |

| VAGdashCAN supports VAG vehicles of the new generation. These are only adjustable via the diagnostic socket. Starting with VW Touran, new combi instruments are installed, which are only reachable via CAN diagnostic. VAGdashCAN indentifies the LOGIN and allows a mileage adjustment or recovery. The special highlight is the key programming function. At the touch of a button you can program keys within less than 5 min and without disposing of all programmed keys! Furthermore several extra functions are integrated being a precious support for the daily routine of a workshop. This contains amongst others the diagnostic possibility for installed CAN control units. Now you can read and delete the default recorders also with these vehicles. A precious amplification of your range! Key programming: the special highlight is the amplified key programming function. Contrary to the traditional VW procedures, you can program additional keys for the vehicle with our tool, without requiring all existent keys. The programming functions for new keys can be executed without the normal delay of 5 minutes, which represents another advantage! Speedometer change of Golf V models is no longer a problem: Read the immobilizer block of the original speedometer and save it on your computer. Install the new speedometer, also read the immobilizer block of the new one to be safe, and then write the immobilizer block of the original speedometer into the new instrument - ready! No more error keys after programming a new key. No login reading necessary. You can program speedometers by types, for example R32 speedometer in Diesel. What is possible with VAGdashCAN? You can adjust the mileage with the VAGdashCAN. You can read the login (SKC secret code). You can write the speedometer vehicle identification number. You can write the immobilizer number. You can save the encrypted immobilizer block. You can transcribe the saved immobilizer block to other speedometers. Thus you can change speedometer without having to program the new instrument. The high-performance EEprom function of the VAGdashCAN allows full access to the serial EEprom (variable and parameter memory) of EDC15 Diesel control units, as well as ME7.* petrol control units. It is possible that the operating license expires on a vehicle with switched-off immobiliser. This applies as to the German Road Traffic Licensing Regulation (StvZO) especially for vehicles after 10.1994. In addition the car insurance has to be informed of the immobiliser deactivation.
